  ClearSight’s LMS allows for administration by both internal and external instructors so they can schedule classes, review employee class rosters, contact enrolled employees and notify/grade employees on their class achievements via email. The system’s Class Grading functions allows for competency records and training events to be appended to the employee's record in ClearSight’s HRMS.

  Instructors can define class descriptions in great detail and list materials and resources employees may need. Instructor personal details, company, training class locations and all associated costs are also captured for reporting on such factors as training/cost per employee, matching training taken against performance and any other factors the instructors feel important to the success of their learning programs.
